Our simple 5 step ordering process

It may sound cliche, but our customer service is second to none!

Step 1:
Enquiry
Provide us with your artwork, give us as much information about what you would like to order as possible so we can begin working out the costs involved for you order.
Step 2:
Quote & Mockup
Once we have all the information and artwork we can put together a quotation and a mockup for you and confirm we can meet your deadline and instructions for printing.
Step 3:
Payment
Once we have agreed on the mockup sign off and quotation, we then request payment. A quickbook invoice will be sent, at which point we can sort payment via bank transfer or via card payment over the phone.
Step 4:
Production
We will then proceed to order in your garments and create screens or embroidery disks for your order. The order will then be processed within the agreed time frame.
Step 5:
Delivery
We will then deliver your order. National orders are sent via DPD, APC or Parcelforce depending on what time of day your order is completed. Some local orders in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire may be hand delivered!
